Not sure if this issue is directly related to the Outlook 2016 for Mac client, but all our users who have Shared Mailboxes add in their Outlook Mac client, these mailboxes DO NOT automatically receive email - the user has to manually click the 'send & receive' button. According to this article: There should be an 'Archive' button right next to the 'Delete' button. I don't have one. I already do archiving the slow and painful way using Ribbon-Move-Archive but it would be so much quicker to have the button near the Delete button so I don't accidently delete.
